Cleeve Court has been based on each house having a long leasehold ownership (999 years from 1972). This provides for the communal use of the grounds, the inlet and the drive. We have formed  the Cleeve Court Leaseholders Association, now acknowledged by the freeholder as the Recognised Tenants’ Association, to provide a forum for discussing common interests between ourselves and the freeholder (resident in Cleeve Court House).
